Thanks to our new and loyal customers for purchasing our dry grinding machine. We understand that many customers wish to buy additional grinding discs as backup. To cater to this demand, we have introduced a new pair of grinding discs. However, please note that these discs are only compatible with the models available in our shop; they may not fit other machines.

Adjustment Instructions: 1. Reinstall the moving grinding disc into the grinding chamber. Adjust the screw by turning it counterclockwise, then cover the front and lock it. 2. Start the motor and tighten the adjusting screw clockwise until the grinding piece emits a sharp sound. Turn off the switch after the motor idles for two minutes. 3. Open the front cover, remove the grinding disc, and inspect the friction marks on the moving and static grinding pieces. If the marks are evenly distributed and the heat difference is not significant, the grinding plate is balanced and ready for use without further adjustment.

Caution: Do not use excessive force. Apply the three screws evenly and lock them gradually.

Application: The 2PCS Model 150 grinder sheets are compatible with the 3000W Electric Mill Grinder (B08SHHT3HF). These sheets can also be used with other Commercial Electric Feed Mill Dry Grinders, but please measure the dimensions before ordering.

Easy Installation: 1. Open the front cover of the machine and remove the existing grinding discs. 2. Loosen the screws that secure the grinding sheets and take them out. 3. Reinstall the new grinding sheets in the original position and lock the screws, but do not tighten them fully yet. 4. Observe the gap between the inner circle of the grinding sheets and the mounting step, and adjust the gap to ensure uniformity and concentricity with the motor shaft. 5. Then, tighten the screws evenly and gradually.

Note: Do not use excessive force when tightening the screws. Apply them evenly and lock them gradually.
